This print depicts a view of a street along the top of a cliff overlooking Edo Bay. Females are trying to coax travelers into the rest houses. This station was on a cliff overlooking a breath- taking seascape of Edo Bay. One side of the highway was lined with two-storied tea houses, which commanded views of the beautiful bay. One can see into the far distance, which is called the “Nose of Elephant.” The land has been reclaimed from the bay seen in the picture and now forms a part of Yokohama City.
