Typically, salmon are anadromous: they are born in fresh water, migrate to the ocean, then return to fresh water to reproduce. Before salmon return to fresh water, for spawning, many of them are caught, there are very rarely immature salmon (usually one year younger) among them, they are been called "Keiji," as fatty, tasty salmon, they are sold almost 100 times price than regular salmon.
