Product Description

Teriyaki sauce: 1 cup mirin, 2/3 cup cooking sake, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 3 Tbsps tamari soy sauce

Combine all the teriyaki sauce ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low, and simmer until volume is slightly reduced (about 10 percent).

In case cooked fish is soft and extremely delicate, lightly salting the fillets to firm them up beforehand is highly recommended.
